IngrediCraft Account Deletion Form
Use this page to request deletion of your IngrediCraft account and associated account data.Before submitting a deletion request:
- If you have an active subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel it through the store first.
- Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel store-managed subscriptions.
- Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to saved recipes, favorites, history, shared content, and other account-related data.If you still want to proceed, submit the request form below.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IngrediCraft, including our mobile apps, related services, and website (the "Service"). The Service is operated by SANTOKU AI LABS EOOD ("we", "us", or "our"). What IngrediCraft DoesIngrediCraft helps users generate, save, and manage recipe ideas based on ingredients, preferences, dietary choices, and cooking settings. Some recipe content may be generated with artificial intelligence.AI-generated recipes may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable for your needs, or similar to recipes generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing all recipes before preparing, consuming, or serving food.2. Food, Allergy, Health, and Nutrition DisclaimerIngrediCraft does not provide medical, dietary, nutritional, allergy, food-safety, or professional cooking advice. Recipe suggestions, ingredient amounts, cooking times, serving sizes, and nutrition estimates may be inaccurate.You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food labels, expiry dates, safe cooking temperatures, dietary restrictions, and whether a recipe is appropriate for you or anyone you serve. Do not rely on IngrediCraft as your only source of health, allergy, nutrition, or food-safety information.3. Accounts and Sign-InYou may need an account to use some features. We support sign-in methods such as email/password, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, create accounts for abuse, or attempt to bypass account limits, subscriptions, quotas, or security controls.4. User ContentYou may submit ingredients, recipe preferences, custom ingredient names, saved recipes, profile information, and other content ("User Content"). You remain responsible for your User Content.You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, display, and use your User Content as needed to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the Service. Do not submit sensitive personal information, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to use.5. Subscriptions and PurchasesIngrediCraft may offer paid subscriptions or premium features. Purchases made through Google Play are billed and managed by Google Play. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple.Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store account settings before renewal. Refunds, cancellations, trials, billing issues, and payment disputes are handled according to the rules of the store where you purchased. We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements.Premium features, free limits, quotas, pricing, trials, and subscription benefits may change over time, subject to applicable law and store rules.6. Ads and Rewarded AdsIngrediCraft may show ads through Google AdMob and may use Google’s consent tools to request ad-related privacy choices where required. Some features may allow rewarded ads. Rewards are only granted when the ad network and our backend confirm a valid completed reward event.You must not manipulate, automate, fake, replay, or interfere with ad views, reward callbacks, or reward session tokens. We may deny or reverse rewards if we detect abuse, technical errors, invalid traffic, or fraud.7. Acceptable UseYou agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:- violate laws or third-party rights;
- use the Service to create harmful, deceptive, abusive, or illegal content;

- use automated systems to generate excessive requests;

Third-Party ServicesIngrediCraft depends on third-party services, including Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, and OpenAI. These services may process data, provide authentication, manage subscriptions, show ads, provide analytics, or generate recipe-related content.Your use of third-party features may also be subject to those providers’ terms, policies, and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, store decisions, ad availability, payment processing, or third-party policy changes.9. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that any generated recipe is original, protectable, or suitable for commercial use.11. App Store and Google Play TermsIf you downloaded IngrediCraft from the Apple App Store, Apple’s applicable App Store terms and standard EULA may also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for IngrediCraft, and Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms where required by Apple’s rules.If you downloaded IngrediCraft from Google Play, Google Play’s terms, payment rules, and subscription rules may also apply.12. Service Changes and AvailabilityWe may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.We may release updates that change features, limits, design, subscriptions, ads, or supported platforms.13. Account Suspension and TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or other users, misuse subscriptions or ads, or if required by law or platform rules.You may stop using the Service at any time. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, food-related harm, allergic reactions, subscription issues, ad issues, third-party outages, or inability to use the Service.To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater.16.
